What to do:
1. Layer fruit and crumbled ladyfingers in 2-1/2-qt. straight-sided glass bowl. 2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and half the orange zest in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in orange juice. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over ladyfingers. Sprinkle with remaining zest. 3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
