1 lb. linguine 1 1/2 stick butter 3 Tbsp. olive oil 10 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed Juice of 1 lemon 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
What to do:
1. Cook linguine according to package directions; keep warm. 2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and heat oil until hot. 3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, and saute garlic 1 to 2 minutes. (Do not brown.) Stir in shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes, just until pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley; mix well. Serve immediately over warm linguine.
