4 beef shoulder top blade steaks (Flat Iron) (6-8 oz. each) 3 large cloves garlic, minced
Pesto: 1/3 c. basil pesto sauce 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
What to do:
1. Combine pesto ingredients. 2. Press garlic onto beef steaks. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 10-14 min. for medium rare to medium well, turning once. Season with salt. Serve with pesto.
