2 oranges 2 containers yogurt (6 to 8 oz. each) 2 c. cold milk sugar to taste (approx. 1/2 c.)
What to do:
1. Remove a thin layer of orange peel with a peeler. Remove the flesh of each orange segment using a sharp knife. Remove the seeeds. 2. Place the flesh of the orange, orange peel, yogurt, milk and sugar in a blender. 3. Blend until smooth.
