9 in. baked pie crust 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1/2 c. (6 oz.) canned turkey or chicken breast 4 oz. canned mushrooms, drained 1/4 c. green onions with tops, chopped 6 eggs 1 1/2 c. nonfat milk 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Sprinkle cheese, turkey, mushrooms, and onions into pie shell. 2. In medium bowl beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell. 3. Bake in oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 30 to 40 min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
