1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine seasonings together and coat roast with mixture. 2. Roast in a shallow pan for 40 min.-1-1/2 hr. ( 20 min. per pound), until internal temperature reads 145°F. Let roast rest 10 min. before slicing to serve.
